Terms & Condition

1.⁠ ⁠Required Documents

  1. Valid IC/Passport
  2. Valid driving licence (Malaysia or International)
  3. Minimum age: 23 years old
  4. Security deposit required (amount depends on vehicle type)

2.⁠ ⁠Vehicle Use

Vehicle is for use within Peninsular Malaysia only

Not allowed for:

  1. Illegal activities
  2. Racing / drifting
  3. Off-road
  4. Overloading passengers or luggage

3.⁠ ⁠Mileage

  1. Unlimited or limited mileage depending on package
  2. Extra charges apply for mileage excess (if applicable)

4.⁠ ⁠Fuel Policy

  1. Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received
  2. Fuel differences will be charged to the renter

5.⁠ ⁠Payment & Deposit

  1. Full payment required before vehicle handover
  2. Security deposit will be refunded within 3-5days after inspection
  3. Deductions apply for damages, fuel shortage, or fines

6.⁠ ⁠Damage & Accident

  1. Report any accident or damage to us immediately
  2. Police report must be made within 24 hours for any accident
  3. Insurance excess applies for major damage
  4. Tyres, rims, windscreen, and accessories are not covered by standard insurance

7.⁠ ⁠Summons & Fines

All traffic and parking fines during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility

8.⁠ ⁠Pickup & Return

  1. Late return charges apply (RM10–RM50/hour depending on vehicle)
  2. After-hours pickup/return may incur additional charges

9.⁠ ⁠Vehicle Condition

  1. Vehicle must be returned clean
  2. Cleaning fees may apply for:
  3. Excessive dirt
  4. Food/drink spills
  5. Smoking/vape smell

10.⁠ ⁠Prohibited

❌ No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle

❌ No pets without approval

❌ No removal or modification of vehicle accessories

11.⁠ ⁠Breakdown & Emergency

  1. Basic assistance is provided
  2. Any damage caused by negligence will be charged to the renter

12.⁠ ⁠Company Rights

AsyrafTravel.com reserves the right to:

  1. Reject any booking
  2. Terminate rental for T&C violations
  3. Claim compensation for loss or damage to the vehicle
